Council of National Assemblies of Montenegro () is a non-governmental organization that represents the historical tribes of Montenegro. Representatives include notable intellectuals. The tribes of Montenegro (Montenegrin language, Montenegrin and sr-Cyrl-Latn, племена Црне Горе, plemena Crne Gore) or Montenegrin tribes (Montenegrin and sr-Cyrl-Latn, црногорска племена, crnogorska plemena, link=no) are historical tribes in the areas of Old Montenegro, Brda (Montenegro), Brda, Old Herzegovina and Montenegrin Littoral, Primorje. Momčilo Vuksanović ( sr-Cyrl, Момчило Вуксановић; born 1955) is a Montenegrin educator and the president of the Serb National Council of Montenegro (since 2008) and Assembly president of the Council of People's Assemblies Montenegro (since 2016).
