Vietnam women's national volleyball team ( vi, Đội tuyển bóng chuyền nữ quốc gia Việt Nam) represents Vietnam in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. It is managed by the Volleyball Federation of Vietnam. Volleyball Federation Of Vietnam
The Volleyball Federation of Vietnam is the national governing body for volleyball in Vietnam. It was founded in 1961, and has been a member of FIVB since 1991. Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship
The Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship, previously the AVC Cup Women's Club Tournament (between 1999 and 2002), is an annual continental club volleyball competition organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC), the sport's continental governing body. The competition was first contested in 1999 AVC Cup Women's Club Tournament, 1999 in Thailand. It was not held in 2003 and 2020 due to 2002–2004 SARS outbreak and COVID-19 pandemic respectively. The winner of the Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship qualifies for the FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship. Tianjin Bohai Bank women's volleyball team, Tianjin Bohai Bank holds the record for most victories, winning the competition five times. 2023 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship
The 2023 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship was the 22nd staging of the Asian Women's Volleyball Championship, a biennial international volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Thailand Volleyball Association (TVA). The tournament was held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand from 30 August to 6 September 2023. This is Thailand's sixth time serving as the host nation. The host Thailand claimed their third title by defeating China in a tie-break final. Japan won the bronze medal after defeating Vietnam also in a five-set third place match. The 2017 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship was the nineteenth edition of the Asian Championship, a biennial international volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas, Inc. (LVPI). The tournament was held in both Biñan and Muntinlupa, Philippines from 9 to 17 August 2017.
