Barrie Vagg
Barrie Vagg (born 21 January 1943) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne Melbourne ( , ; Boonwurrung language, Boonwurrung/ or ) is the List of Australian capital cities, capital and List of cities in Australia by population, most populous city of the States and territories of Australia, Australian state of Victori ... in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1960s. Vagg was recruited by Footscray in 1960 but failed to get a senior game and left at the end of the season. A half forward, he joined Melbourne for the 1962 season and was a member of their 1964 premiership team. In 1966, when Melbourne had abruptly declined to second last with just three wins, Vagg topped the club’s goalkicking with the low total of 20 goals. Bob Vagg (footballer)
Robert "Bob" Vagg (born 3 April 1941 in Colac, Victoria) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Hawthorn recruited Vagg on the back of his Michelsen Medal winning season for Echuca in 1963. He appeared in three of the first four rounds of the 1964 VFL season but from then on struggled with injuries.
