The is a Japanese private Women's college, women's university located in Hiroo, Shibuya, Hiroo, Shibuya, Tokyo. It was established in 1916 as a special school (''senmon gakkō'') by the Society of the Sacred Heart. It became a university in 1948 and is one of the oldest women's universities in Japan. Miss International 2012, the 52nd Miss International pageant, was held on October 21, 2012, at Okinawa Prefectural Budokan Arena Building in Okinawa, Japan. was a Japanese writer. Sono was considered to be a conservative and was also considered to be an advisor to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who had had drawn controversy for advocating for a system similar to South Africa's apartheid for Japan's immigrants.
