Group B of UEFA Euro 2024 took place from 15 to 24 June 2024. The group contained Spain national football team, Spain, Croatia national football team, Croatia, defending champions Italy national football team, Italy, and Albania national football team, Albania. Spain, Italy, and Croatia were drawn together in UEFA Euro 2012 Group C, Group C of the UEFA Euro 2012, and just like 2012, Croatia would go out in the group stage while Spain would go on to win the tournament. The 2024 UEFA European Football Championship, commonly referred to as UEFA Euro 2024 (stylised as UEFA EURO 2024) or simply Euro 2024, will be the 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Europe organised by UEFA. Germany will host the tournament, which is scheduled to take place from 14 June to 14 July 2024. It will be the third time that European Championship matches are played on German territory and the second time in reunified Germany as the former West Germany hosted the tournament of 1988, and four matches of the multi-national Euro 2020 were played in Munich. It will be the first time the competition is held in the region of former East Germany with Leipzig as a host city, as well as the first time that a reunified Germany served as a solo host nation. UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifying Group E
Group E of UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament in Germany. Group E consisted of five teams: Albania, the Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Moldova and Poland. The teams played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The top two teams, Albania and the Czech Republic, qualified directly for the final tournament. The participants of the qualifying play-offs were decided based on their performance in the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League. Álvaro Borja Morata Martín (; born 23 October 1992) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a striker for La Liga club Atlético Madrid and the Spain national team.
