Tạ Tỵ
Tạ Tỵ (24 September 1922 – 24 August 2004) was a Vietnamese painter and poet. After the Vietnam War ended in 1975, he was sent to a reeducation camp until 1981. Afterwards he and his wife left Vietnam as boat people Vietnamese boat people ( vi, Thuyền nhân Việt Nam), also known simply as boat people, refers to the refugees who fled Vietnam by boat and ship following the end of the Vietnam War in 1975. Hanoi
Hanoi or Ha Noi ( or ; vi, Hà Nội ) is the capital and second-largest city of Vietnam. It covers an area of . It consists of 12 urban districts, one district-leveled town and 17 rural districts.
