Trick Or Treat (band)
Trick or Treat is an Italian power metal band formed in 2002 in Modena. The group's line-up has been mostly the same since its inception, except for the drummer position, which underwent changes in 2006 and 2011, and in 2014 guitarist and founding member Luca Cabri left the band and was replaced by Luca Venturelli. So far, they have released seven studio albums. History The band started in 2002 as a Helloween tribute band. After some years performing in clubs around Italy, they recorded a four-track demo (''Like Donald Duck'') and signed a deal with Valery Records, through which they have released their debut album in 2005, ''Evil Needs Candy Too''. A subsequent tour was started, with shows in Europe and USA. In the meanwhile, Mirko Virdis substituted Luca Tomei at the drums. Davide "Damna" Moras (born 18 August 1981) is an Italian singer who is the lead vocalist of the Italian folk/power metal band Elvenking and rock n' roll band Hell in the Club. Biography His musical career goes back to 1996, when he started playing in a cover band, while continuing his studies in classical and electric guitar. He then entered Elvenking in 1998. After the recordings of the first demo ''To Oak Woods Bestowed'' in 2001, Elvenking signed with the German label AFM Records and released their first studio album, ''Heathenreel'', which was recorded at New Sin Studios by Luigi Stefanini and mixed at Studio Fredman in Stockholm by producer Fredrik Nordström. Sonata Arctica
Sonata Arctica is a Finnish power metal band from the town of Kemi, Finland. Created as a hard rock band named Tricky Beans, they later changed to Tricky Means and finally to Sonata Arctica, when they shifted to power metal. The current lineup consists of drummer Tommy Portimo, lead singer Tony Kakko, keyboardist Henrik Klingenberg, guitarist Elias Viljanen and bassist Pasi Kauppinen. All the musicians of the band's history except Portimo also acted as backing vocalists. Tony Kakko
Toni Kristian "Tony" Kakko (born 16 May 1975) is a Finnish musician, composer and vocalist. He is known as the vocalist, primary songwriter, and creative lead of the band Sonata Arctica since 1996. Biography Kakko was born in Kemi, Finland and joined Sonata Arctica in 1996, after studying keyboards for two years and singing informally in local festivals. He initially performed both the keyboards and the vocals, but after the release of the band's first album, decided to concentrate on singing with the joining of Mikko Härkin. The bands Queen, Stratovarius, Children of Bodom and Nightwish are amongst his biggest musical influences. Kakko also states the season of winter as one of his influences. His singing style is clean and generally high-pitched. Tim "Ripper" Owens
Timothy S. "Ripper" Owens (born September 13, 1967) is an American heavy metal singer who currently performs with KK's Priest, Spirits of Fire, the Three Tremors and A New Revenge. He first gained attention as the lead singer of Judas Priest and then Iced Earth. He took the nickname "Ripper" from the Judas Priest song "The Ripper" during his time in the tribute band British Steel. Ancient Bards is an Italian symphonic power metal band, formed in January 2006 by keyboard player Daniele Mazza. History Line-Up The project, originated in the mind of Daniele Mazza, started to materialize in 2006 after Daniele met with bass player Martino Garattoni. Sara Squadrani (born 14 February 1986) is an Italian soprano singer, best known as a vocalist of the Italian symphonic power metal band Ancient Bards since 2007.
