''This Is How the Wind Shifts'' is the seventh studio album by Canadian post-hardcore band Silverstein, released on February 5, 2013 through Hopeless Records. It is also their last release under Hopeless. It is the first album to not feature long time lead guitarist Neil Boshart and first to include Paul Marc Rousseau as an official member, taking over lead guitar duties. Background and recording Silverstein announced they had signed with Hopeless on November 15, 2010. Vocalist Shane Told said the band have been "huge fans of the label since their inception". Hopeless released the band's ''Rescue'' (2011) album in April 2011 and '' Short Songs'' (2012) album in February 2012. Silverstein () is a Canadian rock band from Burlington, Ontario, formed in 2000. Their band name is a reference to the famous children's author Shel Silverstein, whom the band had admired and whose work they had read as children. They have released a total of 11 studio albums, seven EPs, a compilation album and a live DVD/CD. Their lineup had remained unchanged for eleven years since December 2001, consisting of lead vocalist Shane Told, lead guitarist Neil Boshart, rhythm guitarist Josh Bradford, bassist Billy Hamilton, and drummer Paul Koehler. Like Moths to Flames is an American metalcore band from Columbus, Ohio, formed in 2010 by former members of various bands, including Emarosa, Agraceful, the Crimson Armada, and My Ticket Home. The band's current line-up consists of lead vocalist Chris Roetter, bassist Aaron Evans, lead guitarist Jeremy Smith, and rhythm guitarist Zach Pishney. Warped Tour
The Warped Tour was a traveling rock tour that toured the United States plus three or four stops in Canada annually each summer from 1995 until 2019. It was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival to date in North America. Following the first Warped Tour, the skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans became the tour’s main sponsor, when it then became known as the Vans Warped Tour. Crossfaith
Crossfaith (Japanese: クロスフェイス) is a Japanese metalcore band from Osaka that was formed in 2006. Since its formation, the band has retained the same line-up with no member changes, which currently consists of vocalist Kenta Koie, guitarist Kazuki Takemura, bassist Hiroki Ikegawa, drummer Tatsuya Amano and keyboardist Terufumi Tamano. They are characterized by performing a style of metalcore with dubstep and other forms of electronic music influences, and for their intense live performances.
