''The Convent'' is a 2018 British horror film written by Paul Hyett and Conal Palmer, and directed by Hyett. The pair previously collaborated on the 2012 film ''The Seasoning House''. A film poster is a poster used to promote and advertise a film primarily to persuade paying customers into a theater to see it. Studios often print several posters that vary in size and content for various domestic and international markets. They normally contain an image with text. Frederick James Carter (born 27 January 1993) is an English actor and director. He stars as Kaz Brekker in the Netflix fantasy series ''Shadow and Bone'' (2021–). Michael Riley is an English film producer. He is CEO of Bristol and London-based production company Sterling Pictures. Biography Born in Nottingham, Michael Riley grew up in Edwalton. ''The Seasoning House'' is a 2013 British horror film directed by Paul Hyett. It was his directorial debut and stars Rosie Day, Kevin Howarth and Sean Pertwee. Synopsis Angel is a young girl who is forced to work in a house that specializes in supplying kidnapped women forced into the sex trade to various military personnel. Initially planned to be put to work as an unwilling sex slave, Angel, a young Deaf girl with an "unattractive" birth mark on her face, instead becomes the assistant to Viktor, who runs the brothel.
