Tallawong Railway Station
Tallawong railway station, originally known as Cudgegong Road railway station, is a station near the intersection of Cudgegong and Schofield Roads, Tallawong, in Sydney, Australia. The station is the terminus of the Metro North West Line on the Sydney Metro network. Beyond the station lies the Tallawong depot, where all metro rolling stock is stabled. Tallong railway station is a heritage-listed railway station located on the Main South line in New South Wales, Australia. It serves the village of Tallong, opening in 1869 as a small halt named Barbers Creek Tank. A platform was opened on 16 April 1878 and it was renamed Tallong on 6 April 1905.
