The second incarnation of Touchstone Television, formerly known as Fox 21 Television Studios, was an American television production company and a subsidiary of the Disney Television Studios, a subsidiary of the Disney Media Networks business segment of the Walt Disney Company. Acquisition Of 21st Century Fox By Disney
The acquisition of Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. by The Walt Disney Company was announced on December 14, 2017, and was completed on March 20, 2019. David Gerber (July 25, 1923 – January 2, 2010) was an American television executive producer.
