Thomas Bryant Cotton (born May 13, 1977) is an American politician and United States Army, Army veteran serving since 2015 as the Seniority in the United States Senate, junior United States Senate, United States senator from Arkansas. A member of the Republican Party (United States), Republican Party, he is the Republican Conference Chairman of the United States Senate, chairman of the Senate Republican Conference and third-ranking Senate Republican. He also chairs the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Senate Intelligence Committee. From 2013 to 2015, Cotton served in the United States House of Representatives, representing Arkansas's 4th congressional district.
