''There's No Time for Love, Charlie Brown'' is the ninth prime-time animated TV special based upon the comic strip ''Peanuts,'' by Charles M. Schulz. This marks the on-screen debut of Marcie (Peanuts), Marcie, who first appeared on the comic strip in 1971. The special originally aired on the CBS network on March 11, 1973. The first half of the special is presented as a series of sketches based on various ''Peanuts'' strips, while the second half depicts Charlie Brown's erroneous trip to a supermarket, mistaken for an art museum. The special was released on DVD as a bonus feature (along with another ''Peanuts'' special ''Someday You'll Find Her, Charlie Brown'') on January 6, 2004. ''Someday You'll Find Her, Charlie Brown'' is the 22nd prime-time animation, animated television special based upon the comic strip ''Peanuts,'' by Charles M. Schulz. This is the only time which Charlie Brown was voiced by Grant Wehr and is Wehr's only acting credit. Peppermint Patty is a fictional character featured in Charles M. Schulz's comic strip ''Peanuts''. Her full name, very rarely used in the strip, is Patricia Reichardt. She is one of a small group in the strip who live across town from Charlie Brown and his school friends (although in '' The Peanuts Movie'', '' Snoopy in Space'', and '' The Snoopy Show'' she, Marcie, and Franklin live in the same neighborhood and attend the same school). Wally Heider Studios was a recording studio founded in San Francisco in 1969 by recording engineer and studio owner Wally Heider. Franklin (Peanuts)
Franklin is a fictional character in the comic strip ''Peanuts'', created by Charles M. Schulz. Introduced on July 31, 1968, Franklin was the first black character in the strip. He is the second person of color to appear in the strip, debuting a year after José Peterson, a polite, biracial athlete of Mexican and Swedish ancestry who was introduced in 1967. Franklin goes to school with Peppermint Patty and Marcie. In his first appearance, he met Charlie Brown when they were both at the beach.
