''The Body'' is a 1970 British scientific documentary film directed and produced by Roy Battersby. In the film, external and internal cameras are used to showcase the human body. The film's narrators, Frank Finlay and Vanessa Redgrave, provide commentary that combines the knowledge of human biologists and anatomical experts. The film's soundtrack, '' Music from the Body'', was composed by Ron Geesin and Roger Waters. It includes songs that were made using the human body as a medium. The Body ("Un corpo") is a short story by Camillo Boito. It is a psychological study of two obsessive men, an Painting, artist and an anatomist who lust after the beauty of Charlotte, the former's mistress. Eventually, their self-destructive obsession borders on necrophilia. Although nowhere near as famous as Boito's other story, "Senso (novel), Senso", "The Body" is considered to be one of the author's best works and was adapted into an opera of the same title by the Greek composer Kharálampos Goyós, commissioned and premiered by the Experimental Stage of the Greek National Opera in 2008. Joseph Gerard Kopicki (born 12 June 1960) is an American former basketball player. At and , he played the power forward position. Biography Kopicki played basketball at Fitzgerald High School in his hometown of Warren, Michigan. The Body is an American experimental metal duo that was formed in 1999 in Providence, Rhode Island by guitarist/vocalist Chip King and drummer/programmer Lee Buford. As of 2025, they have released eight solo full length albums as well as seventeen collaborative LPs, nine EP's, four splits, three compilations, two singles, and one collaborative live album.
