''Surrender'' is the second studio album by American indie pop singer-songwriter Maggie Rogers, released on July 29, 2022, by Debay Sounds and Capitol Records. It follows the release of her debut studio album, ''Heard It in a Past Life'' (2019). The album features a couple of contributions from notable singers. Margaret Debay Rogers (born April 25, 1994) is an American singer-songwriter and record producer from Easton, Maryland. After her song "Alaska" was played to artist-in-residence Pharrell Williams during a master class at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts in Manhattan in 2016, she received widespread recognition. Claud Mintz, known professionally as Claud, is an American bedroom pop singer-songwriter from the suburbs of Chicago. Claud is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns.
