Transport Triggered Architecture
In computer architecture, a transport triggered architecture (TTA) is a kind of processor design in which programs directly control the internal transport buses of a processor. Computation happens as a side effect of data transports: writing data into a ''triggering port'' of a functional unit triggers the functional unit to start a computation. This is similar to what happens in a systolic array. Due to its modular structure, TTA is an ideal processor template for application-specific instruction set processors (''ASIP'') with customized datapath but without the inflexibility and design cost of fixed function hardware accelerators. Typically a transport triggered processor has multiple transport buses and multiple functional units connected to the buses, which provides opportunities for instruction level parallelism. The parallelism is statically defined by the programmer. In this respect (and obviously due to the large instruction word width), the TTA architecture resembles th ...

Tibial Tuberosity Advancement
Tibial tuberosity advancement (TTA) is an orthopedic procedure to repair deficient cranial cruciate ligaments in dogs. It has also been used in cats. This procedure was developed by Dr. Slobodan Tepic and Professor Pierre Montavon at the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Zurich, in Zurich, Switzerland beginning in the late 1990s. Dr. Slobodan Tepic later foundeKYON a leading provider of veterinary orthopaedic implants, in 1999. Kyon became the first veterinary orthopedic implant company offering this procedure to veterinarians. The cranial cruciate ligament (CrCL) in dogs, provides the same function as the anterior cruciate ligament in humans. It stabilizes the knee joint, called the stifle joint in quadrupeds, and limits the tibia from sliding forward in relation to the femur. It is attached to the cranial (anterior) medial side of the interdylar notch of the tibia at one end and the caudal (posterior) side of the lateral femoral condyle at the other end. It als ...

TTA – Racing Elite League
TTA – Racing Elite League was a Swedish touring car racing series started in 2012, which was founded by four of the biggest teams from the Swedish Touring Car Championship: Polestar Racing, Flash Engineering, WestCoast Racing and Brovallen Design in 2011. TTA worked with the Swedish Automobile Sports Federation and the race car was developed by the French motorsport company Solution-F. The car was a silhouette, where the chassis and powertrain are standardized and custom-built for racing, and where the body is molded from composite material to mimic a normal car. TTA bought the Swedish Racing League and renamed it to the ''TTA – Elitserien i Racing'' (TTA – Racing Elite League). After just one season, the series merged with the STCC in 2013. Lone season The first season consisted of an eight-round competition. The racetracks used for the 2012 season was a mix of permanent and temporary racing circuits. The season begun at Karlskoga Motorstadion and will end with Göteb ...

Transport Ticketing Authority
The Transport Ticketing Authority (TTA) was a statutory authority within the Department of Transport in the State Government of Victoria, Australia. It was established in June 2003 to manage Victoria's interest in the OneLink Metcard public transport ticketing system contract, and to procure and manage the new ticketing system for Victoria, eventually known as myki. On 10 February 2010, the Minister for Public Transport replaced Gary Thwaites, chief executive of the Transport Ticketing Authority (TTA), with Bernie Carolan, the then head of Metlink. On 1 January 2013, as the third stage of the implementation of the ''Public Transport Development Authority Act 2011,'' Public Transport Victoria assumed the responsibilities of the TTA, which was formally abolished on 1 July 2013. Roll-out of myki Work on a replacement of the Metcard ticketing system commenced in late 2002. Selection of operator The tender for the new ticketing system opened in July 2004 and closed in October. Tetradecylthioacetic Acid
Tetradecylthioacetic acid (TTA) is a synthetic fatty acid used as a nutritional supplement. TTA acts as a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα) agonist and increases mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation ''in vitro''. In rodent studies, TTA has been reported to have other activities such as reducing inflammation and preventing high fat diet induced adiposity and insulin resistance. In human clinical study, there have been mixed observations in preliminary studies. One Phase I study showed no significant changes in the blood lipids or free fatty acids and another showed that TTA attenuates dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus Type 2 diabetes (T2D), formerly known as adult-onset diabetes, is a form of diabetes mellitus that is characterized by high blood sugar, insulin resistance, and relative lack of insulin. Common symptoms include increased thirst, frequent ur .... References {{PPAR modulators Fatty acids Thioethers PPAR agon ...
