"Skelewu" is a song by Nigerian singer Davido. It was released as the third single from his upcoming album. The song was produced by Shizzi, HKN Music's in-house producer. It peaked at number 1 on Afribiz's Top 100 chart. The song was ranked 5th on ''Premium Times'' list of the Top 10 songs of 2013. It gained popularity in Nigeria after Davido announced the Skelewu dance competition. The song was endorsed by African footballers Emmanuel Adebayor and Samuel Eto'o. Oluwaseyi Akerele, popularly known as Shizzi, is a Nigerian platinum record producer, disk jockey and songwriter. Music career 2009–2015: Early life and career Shizzi started out as a drummer in church. He achieved recognition for his work on Davido's 2011 single "Dami Duro", and produced six songs on the singer's debut album ''Omo Baba Olowo'' (2012). The 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards took place on 31 August 2014, at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. The eligibility period was from March 2013 to March 2014. Tiwa Savage (born 5 February 1980) is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and performing artist. Born in Isale Eko, she relocated to London at the age of 11 for her secondary education. Five years later, she began her music career doing backup vocals for artists such as George Michael and Mary J. Blige. After participating in the UK edition of ''The X Factor'' and graduating from Berklee College of Music, Savage signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2009.
