Raik Hannemann
Raik Hannemann (born 19 February 1968) is a retired German swimmer who won three medals in medley events at the LEN European Aquatics Championships of 1985–1989. He also competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics and finished seventh in the 200 m medley. Hannemann started swimming in a club at age 6, and at age 11 enrolled to a sports school. He later became involved with the East German doping program, and since 1985 used performance-enhancing drugs. Pablo Restrepo
Pablo Restrepo (born May 26, 1960 in Medellín) is a former Colombian breaststroke swimmer. He competed for his native country at three consecutive Olympics (1980–88). As of May 2009, his is the only Colombian to ever reach an Olympic Swimming Final. He attended college in the United States at Southern Illinois University. He participated in the Central American and Caribbean Games in his native Medellin (1978), but it was his participation in the 1979 Pan American Games in San Juan, Puerto Rico that showed his capacity, where he won a bronze medal in 200-metre breaststroke. In 1980, he swam at the Moscow Olympics, where he became the first Colombian swimmer to reach an Olympic Final: in the 100-metre final. Kenji Watanabe
was a Japanese breaststroke swimmer. He represented his native country in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1984. His best Olympic result was the 7th place (2:14.70) in the Men's 200m Breaststroke event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. He was the grandson of Hisakichi Toyoda, who won a gold medal in the 4 × 200 m freestyle in the 1932 Summer Olympics. James Parrack
James Guy Parrack (born 10 March 1967, Cheltenham, England) is a male English sports journalist and former competitive swimmer. Swimming career As a breaststroke swimmer, he represented Great Britain at the 1988 Olympic Games on Seoul. He represented England a silver medal in the 100 metres breaststroke, at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand. Mark Warnecke (born 15 February 1970 in Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a German former breaststroke swimmer who, at age 35, won the world title in the 50 m breaststroke at the 2005 World Aquatics Championships in Montreal. That made him the oldest swimming world champion since 1971. He started for the German swimming club SG Essen. He competed in four consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1988 in Seoul, South Korea, where he was a member of the 4×100 m medley relay team, that finished in fourth position.
