The Stocker government (German language, German: ''Bundesregierung'' ''Stocker'') was sworn in as the Government of Austria on 3 March 2025. The president of Austria () is the head of state of the Austria, Republic of Austria. The office of the president was established in 1920 by the Constituent National Assembly (Austria), Constituent National Assembly of the First Austrian Republic, first republic following the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Habsburg monarchy in Aster Revolution, 1918. Gerhard Karner (born 13 November 1967) is an Austrian politician currently serving as minister of the interior. From 2003, Karner was a member of the Lower Austrian state legislature. NEOS – The New Austria and Liberal Forum () is a liberal political party in Austria. It was founded as NEOS – The New Austria in 2012. In 2014, NEOS merged with Liberal Forum and adopted its current name. Since 2018, Beate Meinl-Reisinger has been NEOS's chairwoman and was parliamentary leader until 2025, with Yannick Shetty taking over the position.
