Jovan Stanković (; born 4 March 1971) is a Serbian former football manager and former player who played as a left midfielder. He spent the better part of his career with Red Star Belgrade and in Spain, most notably with Mallorca – he played a full decade in the latter country, also representing two other clubs. Eliza Stankovic-Mowle (née Ault-Connell; born 19 September 1981) is an Australian wheelchair racer, who competed at Paralympic and Olympic Games. She survived meningococcal disease and plays a major role in improving the Australian community's awareness of the disease. Early life Eliza Jane Ault-Connell was born in Sydney, New South Wales, on 19 September 1981. In 1997, at the age of 16, she nearly died from meningococcal disease. She had both her legs amputated above the knees two days after contracting the disease. She said "Amputation wasn't a decision I had to make: I was in a coma at the time. Dejan Stanković ( sr-Cyrl, Дејан Станковић, , born 11 September 1978) is a Serbian professional football manager and former player. He captained the Serbia national team from 2007 until 2011, when he announced his retirement from international football. He is the manager of Russian team Spartak Moscow. Dejan Stanković (born 17 September 1957) is a Serbian former football player and current football manager. He also holds Austrian citizenship. Playing career Stanković started his career at Red Star Belgrade (six seasons) before moving to Austria to play for ASK Voitsberg, NK Olimpija Ljubljana (two seasons), and NK Maribor. After starting at NK Maribor in 1983, he had a successful streak in the 2nd division. In addition to his technical skills, the then 26-year-old striker impressed with his speed. Branko "Stane" Stanković ( sr-Cyrl, Бранко "Стане" Станковић, ; 31 October 1921 – 20 February 2002) was a Bosnian Serb footballer and manager, from Sarajevo. Playing career Club He started his career in SK Slavija Sarajevo, as a youth player in 1936. In 1941 he escaped from Sarajevo and joined Yugoslav pre-war most successful club, BSK Belgrade and played in the Serbian League during the war.
