The Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress () is a permanent organ of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress, responsible to and reporting to the Hunan Provincial People's Congress. Zhou Qiang
Zhou Qiang (; born 25 April 1960) is a Chinese politician who is a vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Ulan ( Mongolian: ; born November 1962), also romanized as Ulagan, or Wulan (), is a Chinese politician of Mongol heritage, serving since 2016 as the Chinese Communist Party Deputy Committee Secretary of Hunan. Du Jiahao (; born 31 July 1955) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2016 as the Party Secretary of Hunan. He served between 2013 and 2016 as the Governor of Hunan.
