ZKS Stal Rzeszów is a multi-sports club, currently best known for its association football and motorcycle speedway sections, although with huge successes in Diving (sport), diving and Olympic wrestling, wrestling. Acrobatic gymnastics is a competitive discipline of gymnastics where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform routines consisting of acrobatic skills, dance and tumbling, set to music.
