St Peter's Girls' School (commonly known as Saints Girls) is an independent Anglican early learning, primary and secondary day school for girls located in the Adelaide suburb of Stonyfell, in South Australia, Australia. Stonyfell
Stonyfell is an eastern suburb in the foothills of Adelaide, Australia, within the council area of the City of Burnside. It has parks with walking tracks, and two creeks running through it. St Peter's Collegiate Girls' School is the only school in Stonyfell. There is a quarry and a winery, the present-day remnants of industries dating back to the early days of the colonisation of South Australia. History The area was inhabited by the Kaurna people before settlement by Europeans. The Superjesus
The Superjesus are an Australian rock band formed in Adelaide in late 1994. Their debut album, ''Sumo'' (February 1998), peaked at No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart, their second album, ''Jet Age'' (October 2000) reached No. 5 and their third album, ''Rock Music'' (May 2003) peaked at No. 14. Their top 40 singles include " Down Again" (1997), " Now and Then" (1998), "Gravity" (2000) and " Stick Together" (2003). Sarah Yvette McLeod (born 1 February 1973) is an Australian singer-songwriter known both for her solo work and as the singer/guitarist of rock band The Superjesus. Mary Angel Burnell
Mary Burnell was an anaesthetist who worked with both adults and children. She is known for her work advocating for pediatric anaesthesia specialists. Early life and education Mary Taylor Angel was born on February 21, 1907, in Norwood, South Australia. For schooling she first attended the St Peters Collegiate Girls School. Upon graduated, she began at the University of Adelaide where she first studied science before shifting to medicine. She received her degree in 1931. Elizabeth Auld, aka Lizzie Auld, (16 September 1901 – 30 October 1998) was an Australian journalist and writer. Life Auld was born in 1901 in the Adelaide suburb of Knightsbridge with the mining expert, Lionel Gee, as her godfather. Her parents were credited with introducing the production of wine to South Australia. Jemima (born Wade) and Ernest Patrick Auld, known as Mimi and Pat. George Wyndham Kennion, DD (5 September 184519 May 1922) was the Anglican Bishop of Adelaide, and later Bishop of Bath and Wells.
