Saints Peter and Paul's Church is a Catholic church located on Carey's Lane in Cork City, Ireland. History Peter and Paul's was built to replace Carey's Lane Chapel, a much smaller structure built in 1786. Under the guidance of Archdeacon John Murphy, a design competition was run in the 1850s and won by E. W. Pugin, son of Augustus Pugin. The foundation stone was laid on 15 August 1859. Though the construction of the church was completed in on 29 June 1864, and the public were granted the opportunity to view the interior of the church at this time, the church was unable to open as the debts associated with its construction had not yet been paid off. Exactly two years after the church first welcomed members of the public to enter, it was dedicated for worship on 29 June 1866. Saints Peter and Paul Church is an Orthodox parish church located in Siemiatycze, belonging to the of the of the Polish Orthodox Church. The first church in Siemiatycze was established in the 15th century and served as a parish church from the beginning. It officially became property of the Uniate Church immediately after the signing of the Union of Brest, effectively transitioning in 1614. A new wooden Uniate church in Siemiatycze was funded in the same century by Lew Sapieha. The temple became an important pilgrimage center on Trinity Sunday, originally its patronal feast. Saints Peter and Paul Church in Brzeg, Poland, is a historic Gothic architecture, Gothic Franciscans, Franciscan basilica built in the thirteenth century. The church was built in the thirteenth century, subsequently expanded in 1338, and transformed after a fire in the sixteenth century. In 1527, after Frederick II of Legnica introduced Lutheranism into Brzeg, the town's Franciscans were expelled, with the basilica acquired by the town authorities. San Pietro Caveoso, also known as "Saint Peter and Saint Paul Church" is a Catholic church situated in the Sassi of Matera. The front is in the baroque style and presents three portals. Over each portal there is a niche with statues. They show the "Madonna of the mercy", "Saint Peter" (over the left portal) and "Saint Paul" (over the right portal). The side niches are surmounted by two rectangular windows and the central one by two single-lancet windows. There is a rose window and a bell tower with a pyramidal on it.
