''Spy × Family'' (stylized as ''SPY×FAMILY'' and pronounced "spy family") is a Japanese anime television series based on the manga series of the same name by Tatsuya Endo. It broadcasts on TV Tokyo in Japan. The series has been licensed by Crunchyroll in North America, while it is distributed by Muse Communication in South and Southeast Asia. The series follows master spy Twilight, who must disguise himself as psychiatrist Loid Forger and build a mock family in order to investigate political leader Donovan Desmond. Unbeknownst to him, his wife, Yor, is actually an assassin known as the Thorn Princess, while his daughter, Anya, has telepathic abilities. Tatsuya Endo
is a Japanese manga artist. Endo is best known for creating ''Tista'', ''Gekka Bijin'' and ''Spy × Family'' manga series among other works. The latter work has been serialized in the ''Shōnen Jump+'' magazine since 2019 and has reached a milestone of more than 28 million physical and digital copies in circulation by the release of its tenth volumes. His other works have been published in various ''Jump'' magazines. Early life Ever since childhood, Endo aspired to become a manga artist. His family consisted of one parent and a brother.
