Sofie Junge Pedersen (born 24 April 1992) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder and is part of the Denmark national team. Sofie Madsen
Maren Sofie Madsen (30 December 1897, Meløse—9 February 1982, Roskilde) was a Danish teacher and school principal who is remembered for her pioneering work with autistic children. After succeeding in improving contact with a few children considered to be difficult, by the mid-1920s she was able to care for six children in a dedicated school building near Roskilde. In 1941, she acquired larger premises for what in 1947 was recognized as an independent institution known as Himmelev Bornehjem (Himmelev Children's Home). By 1967 when she turned 70, the school had provided an education for 300 children who were able to lead normal lives. In 1961, her efforts were recognized by the Landsforeningen for Mentalhygiejne (Mental Hygiene Association) who awarded her their Antonius Prize. Sofie Herzog (''née'' Dalia, Delia or Deligath, February 4, 1846 – July 21, 1925) was an early Texas physician and was the first woman to work as the head surgeon in the American Rail transport, rail industry. She was the first woman in Brazoria, Texas, Brazoria to own a car and a telephone and developed her own method of bullet removal. Biography Herzog was born in Vienna, Austria, and her father was a doctor. Her father was one of many other doctors in the family. When she was fourteen, she married August (or Moritz) Herzog who was also a physician. Together, they would have fifteen children, though eight died in infancy. They emigrated to the United States in 1886, settling in New York City where August had taken a job in the United States Naval Hospital. Petra Marie Sofie Bernhoft (July 21, 1870 – February 17, 1966) was a Norwegian actress. Sofie Bernhoft was the daughter of the prison priest and catechist Theodor Kristian Bernhoft (1833–1885) and Petra Martine Augusta Bernhoft (1841–?). She was the sister of the writer Hermine Bernhoft-Osa. She was married to the violinist and composer Halfdan Jebe (1868–1937).
