Jeetpursimara Gold Cup is a Association football, football knockout tournament held in Jitpur Simara, Simara, Nepal. Founded in 2010, the tournament is organised by Simara FC (formerly known as Nawa Jan Jagriti Yuwa Club). Currently, the 12-team tournament is sponsored by Vishwokarma Cement. Jitpursimara
Jitpursimara (also Jeetpursimara or Jeetpur Simara) is a List of cities in Nepal, sub-metropolitan city in Bara District in Province No. 2 of southern Nepal that was formed on 10 March 2017 after merging Gadhimai Municipality, Inarwasira, Amlekhganj, as well as parts of Manaharwa, Manharwa, Haraiya and Rampur Tokani to form a new sub-metropolitan city. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, the former settlements that would make up the sub-metropolitan city had a joint population of 117,094 people living in 21,670 individual households. Geography Jitpur Simara lies in the Terrai region of Nepal. To the north, it borders Hetauda, Hetauda Sub-metropolitan city, to south and west Birgunj, Birgunj Metropolitan City, and to the east Kalaiya, Kalaiya sub-metropolitan city. It is regarded as the youngest sub-metropolitan city in the country. Aaha! Gold Cup ( Nepali: आहा ! गोल्ड कप ''āhā gōlḍ kap'') is an annual international football tournament held in Pokhara, Nepal, and organized by the Sahara Club. It was formerly known as the Caravan Gold Cup. It is considered a major football tournament in Nepal, and is therefore endorsed by ANFA Kaski, a district FA of the All Nepal Football Association. Background Sahara Club (Pokhara) have been running a football academy for under-privileged children from the profit of the tournament and donations from various individuals and organisations. Birat Gold Cup ( Nepali: विराट गोल्डकप, previously called the Mahendra Gold Cup) is an annual football tournament held in Biratnagar, the second largest metropolitan city of Nepal.
