Sichuan–Qinghai Railway
Sichuan–Qinghai railway (), formerly known as Chengdu–Lanzhou railway during planning and construction, is a railway line under construction in China. The railway connects Chengdu, the provincial capital of Sichuan with Xining, capital of Qinghai, with a branch connecting Chengdu to Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu. It forms part of the Lanzhou (Xining)–Guangzhou corridor, part of China's List of high-speed railway lines in China#"Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" network, "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" network. The line was planned and approved in the aftermath of the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, in order to improve future transportation in the affected area, through which the line will pass directly. China Railway Chengdu Group, officially abbreviated as CR Chengdu or CR-Chengdu, formerly, Chengdu Railway Administration is a subsidiary group under the umbrella of the China Railway Group (formerly the Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China, Ministry of Railway). The railway administration was reorganized as a company in November 2017. It is in responsible for the 9 primary railway routes, with operating length of 4,457.8 kilometers. It oversees the railway networks in Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, although the portion of Nanning-Kunming railway in Guizhou is managed by the China Railway Kunming Group. Langmusi Railway Station
Langmusi Town (; ) is a small alpine town on the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau, nestled in a valley shared between Gansu and Sichuan provinces in China and straddled by two large monastery complexes. Administratively, the town is part of Luqu County in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu, although a small portion of the town in the south is actually located in Zoigê County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan. The town is commonly visited by tourists making the overland trip between Sichuan and Gansu. Inhabitants of the town are primarily Tibetan. Songpan Railway Station
Songpan County, formerly Songzhou, is a county in northwestern Sichuan province, China, and is one of the 13 counties administered by the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. It has an area of , and a population of approximately 68,000 composed of Tibetan, Qiang, Han and Hui populations.
