Shi Hanqing
Shi Hanqing (, born 19 August 1990) is a Chinese pool player and former professional snooker player. Snooker career Shi first appeared at a ranking event at age of 19, playing Matthew Selt in the wildcard round of the 2009 Shanghai Masters in which he was whitewashed 0–5. In the 2012–13 season he appeared in the three Asian events in that year's Players Tour Championship In APTC Event 1, he reached the last 64 where he was knocked out by Stephen Lee by a scoreline of 1–4, and reached the last 16 in events 2 and 3, being defeated by professionals Barry Hawkins and Ken Doherty to scorelines of 2-4 and 0-4 respectively. He turned professional in time for the 2013–14 season by virtue of finishing 3rd in the APTC Order of Merit from the previous season. The World Open is a professional Snooker world rankings, ranking snooker tournament. Throughout its history, the tournament has undergone numerous revamps and name changes. It started out in 1982 as the Professional Players Tournament, but for most of the 1980s and 1990s it was known as the Grand Prix. It was renamed the LG Cup from 2001 to 2003 before reverting to the ''Grand Prix'' until 2010. Since then it has been known as the ''World Open''. The German Masters is a professional Snooker world rankings, ranking snooker tournament held at the Tempodrom in Berlin, Germany since 2011, except for 2021, when it was held at Milton Keynes in England because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The UK Championship is a professional ranking snooker tournament. It is one of snooker's prestigious Triple Crown events, along with the World Championship and the Masters. The International Championship is a professional Snooker world rankings, ranking snooker tournament. The reigning champion is Ding Junhui. History The event was introduced in the 2012–13 snooker season, 2012/2013 season. It was named as the "first overseas 'major'", because the tournament had the same level of ranking points as the UK Championship. The Shanghai Masters is a professional snooker tournament. Originally a ranking contest, it became a non-ranking invitation event in 2018. Ronnie O'Sullivan is the most successful player of the tournament, having won the title five times, first in 2009, again in 2017, then defended it three consecutive times. The reigning champion is Judd Trump. The Australian Goldfields Open was a professional Snooker world rankings, ranking snooker tournament. The final champion was John Higgins in 2015. The Wuxi Classic was a professional snooker tournament held from 2008 to 2014 in the city of Wuxi, China. It was a ranking event from 2012 through 2014.
