Shuswap (provincial Electoral District)
Salmon Arm-Shuswap (formerly Shuswap from 1991 until 2024) is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada. It is the successor riding to the old Salmon Arm riding. For other historical and current federal and provincial ridings in the Shuswap-Kamloops-North Okanagan, please see Kamloops (provincial electoral district), Kamloops (federal electoral district) and Okanagan (electoral districts). All ridings in the southern BC region are "descendants" of the original Yale provincial riding. The riding adopted its current name and had minor boundary changes from the 2024 election, which implemented the results of the 2021 redistribution. The New Democratic Party of British Columbia (BC NDP) is a social democratic political party in British Columbia, Canada.
