Serhiy Atelkin
Serhiy Atelkin ( ua, Сергій Ателькін, 8 January 1972 – 1 October 2020) was a Ukrainians, Ukrainian Association football, footballer. Atelkin became the first player from the independent Ukraine to play in the Italian Serie A. Playing career Atelkin started to play football on streets and a local Soviet tournament for teenagers and children "Leather Ball" (Kozhanyi Myach). Eventually he was invited to play for an amateur city team and then a regional amateur team of Donetsk Oblast where he was noticed by FC Shakhtar Donetsk, Shakhtar Donetsk head coach Valeriy Yaremchenko. Initially he was invited to play for the Shakhtar's reserves along with Oleksandr Martyuk and Dmytro Shutkov. The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs. Since the 2003–04 season, the Cup winner qualifies to play the Ukrainian Premier League winner for the Ukrainian Super Cup. Andriy Mykolayovych Shevchenko, or Andrii Mykolaiovych Shevchenko ( uk, Андрій Миколайович Шевченко, ; born 29 September 1976) is a Ukrainian football manager, a former professional football player and a former politician. Oleh Mykhaylovych Matvyeyev ( ua, Олег Михайлович Матвєєв; born 18 August 1970) is a Ukrainian former footballer. Football Club Kremin Kremenchuk ( uk , ФК Кремінь Кременчук; ru , Кремень Кременчуг, translit=Kremen Kremenchug) is a professional football club based in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. The current club is administered by the city of Kremenchuk and was established in 2003, but it traces its heritage to the previously existing clubs of 1959–1970 and 1985–2001.
