Sean Christopher Williams (born September 13, 1986) is an American former professional basketball player. Early years Sean Williams grew up in suburban Arlington, Texas, with his mother and stepfather, Audrey and Lawrence Garrett, and his two half-siblings: Myles and Brea Garrett. Myles played football at Texas A&M University and was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft. Sean's father, Roland Williams, lives in Houston, Texas. Sean did not play organized basketball until he was 15 years old. He became a local standout in community leagues and eventually began playing basketball for Mansfield High School in Mansfield, Texas. Sean Colin Williams (born 26 September 1986) is a Zimbabwean Zimbabwe cricket team, international cricketer who is a former captain of the national team in Test cricket. He plays Tests and One Day Internationals, and formerly T20Is, primarily as a batting all-rounder. In September 2019, Zimbabwe Cricket named him as List of Zimbabwe national cricket captains, Zimbabwe's captain, after Hamilton Masakadza retired from international cricket. Sean Williams (ethnomusicologist)
Sean Williams (born 1959, Berkeley, California) is an ethnomusicologist who teaches at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Her primary areas of teaching include music, Irish studies, and Asian studies; she leads the Sundanese music ensembles Gamelan Degung Girijaya (Enduring Mountain Gamelan) and Angklung Buncis Sukahejo. She received a BA in classical guitar performance from UC Berkeley in 1981, and an MA (on Irish-language singing, 1985) and Ph.D. (on music in West Java, Indonesia, 1990) in ethnomusicology from the University of Washington (Seattle). Her first teaching jobs were part-time at the University of Washington, then she was hired as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Columbia University in New York City in 1990-1991. Shawn Williams (lacrosse)
Shawn Williams (born June 20, 1974 in Scarborough, Ontario) is the inaugural General Manager and Head Coach of the Las Vegas Desert Dogs in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). He is a former Canadian lacrosse player who played for the Ontario Raiders, Toronto Rock, Buffalo Bandits, Rochester Knighthawks and Edmonton Rush of the NLL and the Hamilton Nationals of Major League Lacrosse. He was also previously a scout for the Buffalo Bandits and assistant coach with the Colorado Mammoth. He was inducted to the NLL Hall of Fame in 2021 as a first ballot nominee. Shawn Williams (born May 13, 1991) is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs and was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft. Early life Williams was born in Damascus, Georgia.
