Sault (; ), also known as Sault-en-Provence, is a commune in the Vaucluse department in the southeastern Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur French region. It is located just north of the Luberon massif, not far from the departmental border with Drôme to the north and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence to the east. In 2021, Sault had a population of 1,354. The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians (pronounced "Soo Saint Marie", ), commonly shortened to Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians or the more colloquial Soo Tribe, is a federally recognized Native American tribe in what is now known as Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The tribal headquarters is located within Sault Ste. Marie, the major city in the region, which is located on the St. Marys River. Originally a part of the homelands of the Oc̣eṭi Ṡakowiƞ (Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda, or Sioux), who were pushed westward by the Anishinaabe Migration from the east coast, this location became known as ''Bawating'' by the Anishinaabe (the Ojibwe or Chippewa), who arrived there before Europeans showed up in the mid-to-late 16th century. Sault (frequently stylised as SAULT) are a British music group that make a mixture of Contemporary R&B, R&B, urban contemporary gospel, house music, house and disco. The project is helmed by producer Inflo and lead vocalist/songwriter Cleo Sol. Kid Sister, Chronixx and Jack Peñate have also collaborated with the project. The group frequently puts Black-centric issues at the foreground. During its first three years, Sault released five studio albums including ''5 (Sault album), 5'' (2019), ''7 (Sault album), 7'' (2019), ''Untitled (Black Is)'' (2020), ''Untitled (Rise)'' (2020), and ''Nine (Sault album), Nine'' (2021). Richard Sault (born around the 1630s; died 1702) was an English mathematician, editor and translator, one of The Athenian Society. On the strength of his ''Second Spira'' he is also now credited as a Christian Cartesian philosopher. Life He kept in 1694 a mathematical school in Adam's Court, Broad Street, near the Royal Exchange, London. John Dunton the publisher, learning of him and his skill in mathematics, supplied him with literary work. Grand Falls () is a town in northwestern New Brunswick, Canada, on the Saint John River (Bay of Fundy), Saint John River.
