The Gallic group is a dynamical grouping of the Retrograde and prograde motion, prograde irregular satellites of Saturn following similar orbits. Their semi-major axis, semi-major axes range between 16 and 19 Gm, their inclinations between 36° and 41°, and their Orbital eccentricity, eccentricities between 0.46 and 0.53. The International Astronomical Union (IAU) reserves names taken from Celtic mythology, Gallic mythology for these moons. Similar mean orbital elements led the discoverers to postulate a common origin for the group in a breakup of a larger body. The group was later found to be physically homogeneous, all satellites displaying ''light-red'' colour (color index, colour indices B − V = 0.91 and V − R = 0.48) and similar infrared indices. Erriapus
Erriapus , or Saturn XXVIII (28), is a prograde irregular satellite of Saturn. It was discovered by Brett Gladman, John J. Kavelaars and colleagues in 2000, and given the temporary designation S/2000 S 10. It was named Erriapo in August 2003 after ''Erriapus'' (also rendered ''Erriappus''), a giant in Gaulish mythology; the name was changed from dative ''Erriapo'' to nominative ''Erriapus'' per IAU conventions in late 2007. Erriapus is about 10 kilometres in diameter, and orbits Saturn at an average distance of 17.5 Gm in 871 days. S/2020 S 4
S/2020 S 4 is a small and very faint natural satellite of Saturn. It was discovered by Edward Ashton, Brett J. Gladman, Jean-Marc Petit and Mike Alexandersen on June 24, 2020, and was announced on May 6, 2023 by the IAU Minor Planet Center after observations were collected over a long period of time to confirm the satellite's orbit that were taken between July 1, 2019 and July 9, 2021. Orbit S/2020 S 4 is a highly eccentric satellite with an eccentricity of 0.495, it orbits Saturn at an average distance of 18.2 million km and an orbital period of 2 and a half years, with an inclination of 40.1° to the ecliptic, suggesting that it belongs to the Gallic group.
