Sale is a town in Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. It is on the south bank of the River Mersey, south of Stretford, northeast of Altrincham, and southwest of Manchester. Sale () is a grocery shop chain in Finland, owned by the S Group. The chain was founded in 1989, when the S Group had begun to consolidate its stores under national chains. Sale Ngahkwe (, ; c. 875–934) was king of Pagan dynasty of Burma (Myanmar) from c. 904 to c. 934.
