Swiss Federal Railways (, SBB; , CFF; , FFS) is the national railway company of Switzerland. The company was founded in 1902 and is headquartered in Bern. It used to be a State-owned enterprise, government institution, but since 1999 it has been a special stock corporation whose shares are held by the Swiss Confederation and the Cantons of Switzerland, Swiss cantons. SBB (band)
SBB (first known as ''Silesian Blues Band'', later as ''Szukaj, Burz, Buduj'' – Polish for "Search, Break up, Build") is a Polish progressive rock band formed in 1971 in Siemianowice, Upper Silesia. It was made up of multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Józef Skrzek, guitarist Apostolis Anthimos, drummer Jerzy Piotrowski, and sound engineer Grzegorz Maniecki. SBB was one of the most popular super-groups in Poland and Europe in the 1970s. The band was one of the forerunners of progressive rock and jazz-rock and attracted many influential jazz musicians, who often performed with the band. The trumpeter Andrzej Przybielski and the saxophonist & bass clarinetist Tomasz Szukalski developed a long lasting association with SBB. Serbia Broadband (branded as SBB; full legal name: ''Serbia Broadband - Srpske kablovske mreže d.o.o.'') is a cable television and broadband internet service provider in Serbia. The SBB company operated as part of the United Group until April 2025, when it became a part of e&PPF Telecom Group, which is the owner of fellow cable television and internet provider Yettel. The company is based in the "Telepark" business complex in Belgrade, which includes a data center covering 750 square meters of floor space divided into 20 server halls and technical support areas. Saxon Climbers' Federation
The Saxon Climbers' Federation (, SBB) is a federation of individual members, small and large clubs and is the largest climbing association in the region for climbing activities in Saxon Switzerland and the surrounding area in eastern Germany. It is also the largest sports association in Saxony. The goal of the SBB is to support climbing and Alpine sports of all types in the Alps and the German Central Uplands. As the regional sponsor for the Saxon Switzerland climbing region within the German Alpine Club (DAV) the federation is first and foremost involved in Saxon Switzerland, "Saxon Climbing" as a sport and technique, and nature conservation in the Saxon Switzerland National Park.
