Roman Catholic Diocese Of Helsinki
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Helsinki is a Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church based in Helsinki, which comprises the whole of Finland. The diocese is divided into eight parishes. The bishopric has been vacant since May 2019 when Bishop Teemu Sippo resigned due to poor health. As of 2018 there are 15,000 registered and 10,00 unregistered Catholics living in Finland. There are more than 6,000 Catholic families in the country; 50 percent are Finnish and 50 percent are of international origin. Turku
Turku ( ; ; sv, Åbo, ) is a city and former capital on the southwest coast of Finland at the mouth of the Aura River, in the region of Finland Proper (''Varsinais-Suomi'') and the former Turku and Pori Province (''Turun ja Porin lääni''; 1634–1997). Kouvola () is a city and municipality in southeastern Finland. It is located along the Kymijoki River in the region of Kymenlaakso, kilometers east of Lahti, west of Lappeenranta and northeast of the capital, Helsinki. Holy Cross Church, Tampere
The Holy Cross Church ( fi, Pyhän ristin kirkko, sv, Heliga korsets kyrka) is the name given to a religious building affiliated with the Catholic Church and is located in the city of Tampere, Finland. It offers religious services as the Mass in different languages (Finnish, Polish and English) in order to meet the different nationalities that make up the congregation.
