Rutter's is a chain of convenience stores and gas stations with 86 locations in Eastern, Central and Western Pennsylvania, the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, and central Maryland. Stores are open 24 hours a day and have a made-to-order food counter, staffed around the clock. History The company began agricultural operations in 1747. In 1921, Rutter's started a dairy company.
