Rubén De La Barrera
Rubén Alfonso de la Barrera Fernández (born 18 January 1985) is a Spanish football manager. Managerial career Born in A Coruña, Galicia, de la Barrera started his managerial career with Ural CF's youth categories in 2004, having previously represented the club, Victoria CF and Orillamar SD as a player. After being in charge of Atlético Arteixo and Montañeros CF's ''Juvenil'' squads, he was named manager of Tercera División side GCE Villaralbo on 27 May 2010. De la Barrera took Villaralbo to two consecutive play-offs during his spell at the club, but still left in June 2012. After one full season without a club, he was appointed CD Guijuelo manager on 18 July 2013. In his debut campaign in Segunda División B, de la Barrera again reached the play-offs, being knocked out by CD Leganés. Asier Garitano
Asier Garitano Aguirrezábal (born 6 December 1969) is a Spanish football manager and former player who played as a forward, who is currently in charge of Sporting de Gijón. During a 14-year senior career, he appeared in 134 matches in the Segunda División over five seasons, totalling 23 goals for Bilbao Athletic and Eibar. He added 216 games and 61 goals in the Segunda División B, in representation of several clubs. Garitano started working as a manager in 2003, as an assistant at Alicante. He went on to be in charge of four teams before being appointed at Leganés in 2013, which he led to promotions to the second tier and La Liga. Club Deportivo Leganés, S.A.D. is a professional football club based in Leganés, Community of Madrid. They currently compete in La Liga, the first tier of the Spanish league system. The 2014 Segunda División B play-offs (Playoffs de Ascenso or Promoción de Ascenso) are the final playoffs for promotion from 2013–14 Segunda División B to the 2014–15 Segunda División. The four first placed teams in each of the four 2013–14 Segunda División B, Segunda División B groups join the ''Playoffs de Ascenso'' and the four last placed teams in Segunda División will be relegated to Segunda División B.
