RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 7
The seventh season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars'' (also referred to as ''RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars: All Winners'' on the show) premiered on Paramount+ on May 20 and concluded on July 29, 2022. The cast was announced on April 13, 2022, and included eight past winners returning to the competition. The winning queen received a cash prize of $200,000. The season consisted of twelve episodes, with the first two airing on the same day, and featured an ''RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked, Untucked'' aftershow. The season featured a new format twist: throughout the season, no one was eliminated. Instead, each week, two top All Stars were awarded a "Legendary Legend Star". The top 2 competed in a Lip Sync For Your Legacy; the winner earned a cash tip and the power to block one of her fellow queens from receiving a star the next week. RuPaul Andre Charles (born November 17, 1960; stylized as RuPaul) is an American drag queen, television personality, actor, musician, and model. Best known for producing, hosting, and judging the reality competition series '' RuPaul's Drag Race'', he has received several accolades, including 12 Primetime Emmy Awards, three GLAAD Media Awards, a Critics' Choice Television Award, two ''Billboard'' Music Awards, and a Tony Award. The fifth season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race'' began airing on January 28, 2013, with a 90-minute premiere episode, and ended on May 6 of the same year. The winner of season five headlined Logo's Drag Race Tour featuring Absolut Vodka, won a one-of-a-kind trip, a lifetime supply of Colorevolution Cosmetics, and a cash prize of $100,000. Santino Rice and Michelle Visage returned as judges at the panel. The third season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race'' began airing on January 24, 2011. Thirteen drag queens competed for the title of "America's Next Drag Superstar", a headlining spot on the Absolut Tour, a lifetime supply of Kryolan makeup, and a cash prize of $75,000. This season had Michelle Visage replacing Merle Ginsberg at the judge's table and Billy Brasfield (better known as Billy B), Mike Ruiz, and Jeffrey Moran filling in for Santino Rice's absence during several episodes. The fifth season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars'' was announced by VH1 on August 19, 2019. On February 20, 2020, the show's official Twitter account announced the season premiere date of June 5, 2020, on Showtime. Following the cast announcement on May 8, 2020, producers announced that the show would instead air on VH1 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused "various scheduling and programming adjustments".
