Royal Thimphu College (RTC) Women's FC is a Bhutanese association football club. They are affiliated with the Royal Thimphu College in Thimphu. History The Royal Thimphu College (RTC) Women's FC was established in 2022. They compete in the Women's National League (Bhutan), Women's National League. For the 2023–24 season, RTC is among the six participating teams which earned their place in a prior qualification round. They are clinching the league title for that season. They would compete in the inaugural AFC Women's Champions League in 2024–25 AFC Women's Champions League, 2024–25. RTC hosted the Iranian club Bam Khatoon F.C., Bam Khatoon and Hong Kong's Kitchee SC, Kitchee at home for the preliminary round. RTC would employ the service of four Bangladesh national team players for the campaign. They failed to advance to the competition proper. Royal Thimphu College
Royal Thimphu College is a private college in Thimphu, Bhutan under the Royal University of Bhutan. It is Bhutan's first private college. The campus is located in an area of 25 acres of land in Ngabiphu, a rural area in Thimphu dzongkhag, located 7 km from the capital city of Thimphu. The college has a number of linkages with institutions of higher education abroad. History The college was inaugurated on 18 July 2009 by Her Majesty, Ashi Kesang Choeden Wangchuck. Deki Lhazom is a Bhutanese professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football), forward for the Bhutan women's national football team, Bhutan women's national team. She is the joint highest goal scorer of Bhutan's senior national team with 3 goals. Club career Lhazom began playing football at age eight. The Bhutan Women's National League, currently known as the Bank of Bhutan Women's National League due to sponsorship reasons, is the highest level women's football league in Bhutan. History The Women's Football structure in Bhutan started in 2016 through the Thimpu Women's League and the eventual establishment of the Women's National League in 2021. Sapna ( sr-cyrl, Сапна) is a town and municipality located in Tuzla Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Afeida Khandaker Pranti (born November 18, 2006; Bengali: আফঈদা খন্দকার প্রান্তি) is a Bangladeshi professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Royal Thimphu College and the Bangladesh national team, which she captains. Tohura Khatun () is a Bangladeshi professional footballer who plays as a forward for ARB College SC and the Bangladesh women's national football team.
