Oberschleißheim (, , in contrast to " Lower Schleißheim") is a municipality in the district of Munich, and a suburb to Munich in Bavaria, in southern Germany. It is located 13 km north of Munich (centre). As of 2005 it had a population of 11,467. Marko Mandič (rower)
Marko Mandić ( Croatian: Марко Мандић, 20 July 1939 – 29 June 1991) was a Croatian rower. Mandić was born in Goriš in 1939. He competed for Yugoslavia in the 1964 European Rowing Championships in Amsterdam in the eight competition where he won a bronze medal. The same team competed two months later in the men's eight at the 1964 Summer Olympics where they came fourth. Mandić competed in the coxless four at the 1972 Summer Olympics where they were eliminated in the repêchage. Tom Amundsen
Tom Amundsen (4 February 1943 – 3 September 2017) was a Norwegian sport rower and physician. Amundsen was born in Oslo in 1943. He started rowing while he studied medicine at the University of Oslo, and he belonged to Norske Studenters Roklub. Amundsen competed at the 1971 European Rowing Championships and won a silver medal with the coxless four. He competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich in the coxless four and the team was eliminated in the round one repêchage. At the 1973 European Rowing Championships in Moscow, he competed with Kjell Sverre Johansen in the coxless pair and they came eleventh. Ole Sverre Nafstad (born 20 February 1946 in Bærum, Akershus) is a Norwegian competition rower and Olympic medalist. Nafstad competed at the 1971 European Rowing Championships and won a silver medal with the coxless four.
