Adriana Reverón Moreno (born November 2, 1985) is a Spanish model and beauty pageant titleholder who represented her country in the Miss Universe 2010 and Miss Earth 2008 competitions. Early life Prior to competing in Miss Spain, Reverón was working as a model and completing her studies in Technical Architecture. Pageants Miss Tenerife Reverón, who stands tall, competed as Miss Maxarco in her province's local beauty pageant Miss Tenerife, held in Icod de los Vinos, placing first runner-up to Miss Puerto de la Cruz, Marta Domínguez. Armando Reverón
Armando Reverón (May 10, 1889 – September 17, 1954) was a Venezuelan painter and sculptor, precursor of Arte Povera and considered one of the most important of the 20th century in Latin America. While his mental health deteriorated throughout his life, his artistic abilities remained. His house by the northern coast of Venezuela housed the Reveron Museum, although it was severely damaged by the Vargas tragedy, Vargas mudslides in December 1999. He is the subject of various homages in different media, and is remembered for his "muñecas" or dolls. Biography He began his studies at the ''Colegio de los Padres Salesianos'' in Caracas. Jorge Díaz Reverón
Jorge Díaz Reverón is a Puerto Rican judge. He was the first First Gentleman of Puerto Rico and husband of Wanda Vázquez Garced. At the time, Díaz Reverón was a superior court judge in Caguas. Career Díaz Reverón graduated in 1987 from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He began serving as a judge in December 2009 under the administration of Governor Luis Fortuño. He was a superior court trial judge in criminal matters at Caguas, Puerto Rico. In December 2018, amid concerns of unlawful intervention on behalf of his wife, then Attorney General Wanda Vázquez Garced, Díaz Reverón was removed from the chamber. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, ordered an investigation based on judicial ethical concerns which later found no probable cause. ''Reverón'' is a 1952 Venezuelan documentary film written and directed by Margot Benacerraf. The camera and photography was by Boris Doroslovacki, music by Guy Bernard and Venezuelan folklore, and narrated by Carlos Augusto León. The film is an essay on madness and creativity through the life and work of Venezuelan painter Armando Reverón. It won the First Prize for Best Art Documentary at the First International Festival of Art Films (Caracas, 1952) and the "Cantaclaro" Award as the best Venezuelan film by unanimous verdict of the Venezuelan Film Press (March 1953). It had a successful tour in several countries, garnering enthusiastic reviews and was screened from 1953 at the Berlin Film Festival, the Cinémathèque française, the Belgian Cinémathèque, the Cannes Film Festival, the Edinburgh Film Festival, the Karlovy Vary Film Festival and other festivals and events.
