Ramakrishna Mission Football Academy derived as RKM FA is an Indian professional football club and academy based in Narainpur, Chhattisgarh. It is also the first football club from the state to participate in the U17 Youth Cup and the I-League 2. History RKM Football Academy became the champion of the inaugural season of Chhattisgarh State Men's Club Championship and qualified for the 2022–23 I-League 2. They retained their title in 2023 and qualified for the inaugural season of the I-League 3. Ramakrishna Mission
Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission (RKM) is a spiritual and philanthropic organisation headquartered in Belur Math, West Bengal. The mission is named after the Indian Hindu spiritual guru and mystic Ramakrishna. The mission was founded by Ramakrishna's chief disciple Swami Vivekananda on 1 May 1897. The Chhattisgarh State Men's Football League Championship is the top state-level football league in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is organised by Chhattisgarh Football Association (CGFA). I-League 3
The I-League 3 is an Indian men's professional football league. It forms the fourth tier of the Indian football league system, below the I-League 2 and above the State leagues. History For the first time, the AIFF introduced qualifiers for the I-League 2 in the 2022–23 season. On 13 June 2023, the AIFF league committee announced introducing a new league below the I-League 2, where champions of State leagues and nominated clubs will play. The 2022–23 Youth League, also known as 2022–23 Hero U-17 Youth Cup (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), was the thirteenth season of the Indian Youth League and the first season of the competition as an under-17 category. The 2019–20 season was abandoned midway and the league was not held since then due to the coronavirus pandemic. I-League 2
The I-League 2 is an Indian men's professional association football, football league. It is the 3rd tier of the Indian football league system, behind the Indian Super League and the I-League. It operates as a system of promotion and relegation with the I-League and the I-League 3. History I-League 2nd Division was introduced during the 2008 season, with first game played on 25 March between Mohammedan SC (Kolkata), Mohammedan Sporting and Amity United.
