The Qatar men's national 3x3 team represents the country in international 3x3 basketball (3 against 3) competitions. It is administered by the Qatar Basketball Federation. () In 2014, Qatar were the reigning 3x3 basketball World Champions as well as the Champion of Asia. The team also won the 2013, 2014 and 2015 editions of the GCC 3x3 Basketball Championships. The 2023 FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup was the sixth edition of the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup. There were 80 games that were played in 2023, with half in the qualification draw and the other half in the main draw. The 2022 FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup was the fifth edition of the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup. The games of the final tournament were held in Singapore between 6 July and 10 July 2022. Participating teams The FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup returns for its fifth edition this year and will see 53 teams from 30 countries battling it out to win the trophy. Set to take place from July 6-10 at the event plaza of Marina Bay Sands, the game - with its rising popularity over the years - has reached a significant high in participation numbers. The previous record was set in 2019 with 40 teams from 23 countries. A total of 30 men’s teams and 23 women’s teams have registered for the number one 3x3 national team competition for teams based in Asia and Oceania. The Fourth Asian Beach Games were held in Phuket Island, Phuket province, Thailand. The games were originally scheduled for Boracay Island, Aklan, Philippines, but was affected by the OCA's hosting changes. The games were held on the same year of the 17th Asian Games.
