Progressive People's Party (Germany)
The Progressive People's Party (, FVP) was a Social liberalism, social liberal party in the German Empire. It was formed on 6 March 1910 from the merger of the Free-minded People's Party (Germany), Free-minded People's Party, the Free-minded Union and the German People's Party (1868), German People's Party. The FVP advocated the parliamentarisation of the Empire and socio-political changes such as universal suffrage and the right to form and join trade unions. Its membership was largely middle class, including merchants, mid-level civil servants, salaried employees and academics. It occasionally cooperated with the Social Democratic Party of Germany, Social Democratic Party before World War I. Progressive People's Party (Ghana)
Progressive People's Party (PPP) () is a political party in Ghana. It was formed in 2012 by Paa Kwesi Nduom, a businessman, politician and a former presidential candidate for the Convention People's Party during the Ghanaian general election, 2008, 2008 general election. The PPP pulled 64,267 popular votes in the 2012 general elections with Paa Kwesi Nduom, Papa Kwesi Nduom as a flagbearer and Brigitte Dzogbenuku as the running mate, making it the third-largest party and the second-largest opposition party in Ghana. The party's National Head Office Building is located in Asylum Down, Accra. The motto of the party is "Prosperity in Peace" with "Awake" as slogan. The Progressive People's Party (PPP) is a political party in Liberia. In the 1997 elections, PPP presidential candidate Chea Cheapoo won 0.34% of the vote while the party failed to win any seats in the bicameral Legislature. Cheapoo was formerly a leading member of the Progressive Alliance of Liberia (PAL) opposition party during the 1970s and its successor, the Progressive People's Party, during the early 1980s. The Progressive People's Party of Christian Inspiration (''Partito Popolare Progressista di Ispirazione Cristiana''), also known as Progressive People's Party (''Partito Popolare Progressista'', shortened as PPP), was a Christian-democratic political party active in Molise. Its leader and founder was Tonino Martino. History The party was founded in 1993 by the lawyer and Christian-democratic regional councillor of Molise Tonino Martino, disappointed by the proposals of the DC's National Secretary Mino Martinazzoli. Vikassheel Insaan Party
Vikassheel Insaan Party is an Indian political party, formally launched on 4 November 2018, by a Bollywood set designer Mukesh Sahani, who campaigned for the Bharatiya Janata Party during the 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election. They contested in three Lok Sabha constituencies in 2019 from Madhubani, Muzaffarpur and Khagaria but failed to win any seats.
