Prince Emmanuel of Orléans, Duke of Vendôme (Philippe Emmanuel Maximilien Marie Eudes; 18 January 1872 – 1 February 1931) was a French royal from the House of Orléans. Early life Emmanuel was born in Obermais, Meran on 18 January 1872. Roquebillière (; historical ; ) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France. History It was part of the historic County of Nice until 1860 as ''Roccabigliere''.
