Plaça d'Espanya, also simply known as Espanya, is an Interchange station, interchange complex underneath ''Plaça d'Espanya'', in the Barcelona district of Sants-Montjuïc, in Catalonia, Spain. It comprises the Barcelona terminus of the Llobregat–Anoia Line and a Barcelona Metro station complex served by lines Barcelona Metro line 1, 1 (L1) and Barcelona Metro line 3, 3 (L3). On the L1, the station is between Hostafrancs (Barcelona Metro), Hostafrancs and Rocafort (Barcelona Metro), Rocafort, and on the L3 it is between Poble Sec (Barcelona Metro), Poble Sec and Tarragona (Barcelona Metro), Tarragona. Palma Intermodal Station () is the main railway station of Palma de Mallorca, Palma on the island of Majorca, Spain. It is located at the Plaça d'Espanya in the centre of the city and is also known as ''Palma Plaça d'Espanya''. Overview The facility was officially opened 1 March 2007, which is the "Day of the Balearic Islands", a local public holiday which celebrates the islands' Autonomous communities of Spain, autonomy. The Metro commenced operation 25 April 2007. The station is fully accessible for persons with reduced mobility. Car parking and bicycle racks are available. Services Trains of Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca and the Palma Metro both use the station. The Ferrocarril de Sóller station is on the other side of the street.
