Osvaldo Manuel Ramírez (born 15 March 1984) is an Argentine retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Ramírez got his career underway in the ranks of Universitario Paraná, though soon left for Agrupación Deportivo Francia. Youth moves to Independiente, Colón and Unión Santa Fe then occurred. Primera B Metropolitana side Talleres were Ramírez's first senior club, as he featured five times in the 2004–05 campaign. He spent the succeeding year with Atlético Paraná, before moving on to fellow Torneo Argentino B outfit 9 de Julio. After six goals in forty-three for the aforementioned team, Ramírez signed for Deportivo Roca in 2008. Thirty-six matches and two goals followed in two seasons, which preceded a return to Atlético Paraná. Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires. Originally created as the second division, it became the third level after a restructuring of the system in 1985 that ended with the creation of Primera B Nacional, set as the second division since then. Sacachispas Fútbol Club is an Argentine football club from the Villa Soldati district of Buenos Aires. The team currently plays in Primera B Metropolitana, the regionalised third division of the Argentine football league system. History In 1948, Roberto González and Aldo Vázquez, neighbors of Nueva Pompeya at the south of Buenos Aires, decided to form a football team to play the Evita championships. Vázquez played at River Plate lower divisions and contacted former player Carlos Peucelle (who was the coordinator by then) with the objective of River Plate allowed some of its players to play for the recently formed team. The name "Sacachispas" was taken from the fictitious squad that starred in ''Pelota de Trapo'', a movie that had been a huge success in Argentina. Club Atlético Alvarado is an Argentine football club from the city of Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province. The team currently plays in the Primera B Nacional, the 2nd division of the Argentine football league system. The club has played at the highest level of Argentine football on only one occasion, more specifically in the 1978 Campeonato Nacional, which coincided with the 50th anniversary of its foundation. The Torneo Federal A () is one of the two professional leagues that form the regionalised third level of the Argentine football league system, along with Primera B Metropolitana. The competition was established in 2014 as a result of a change in the structure of the league system, replacing Torneo Argentino A. Federal A is organised by "Consejo Federal", a division of the Argentine Football Association.
