Oscar Ramírez (born 29 July 1961) is a Bolivian association football, footballer. He played in eight matches for the Bolivia national football team from 1985 to 1987. He was also part of Bolivia's squad for the 1987 Copa América tournament. The Bolivia national football team (), nicknamed ''La Verde'', has represented Bolivia in men's international Association football, football since 1926. Organized by the Bolivian Football Federation, Federación Boliviana de Fútbol (), it is one of the ten members of FIFA's South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL).
